Returns and exchanges
A return or exchange is eligible when the garment is unworn, unwashed, and returned with its original tags and packaging. Handloom textiles such as Banarasi sarees, suits, and dupattas carry natural variations in weave, zari, and dye; these are characteristics of the craft and are not defects. Customized pieces are evaluated against the details confirmed at the time of order.
Items are assessed on condition when they arrive. Please keep your original invoice and packaging, and contact our support team before sending anything back so we can confirm eligibility and the correct return address.

Reach out through the Contact page with your order details and the reason for your request. Our team will confirm whether the item is eligible.

Check the condition
Confirm the garment is unworn, unwashed, and complete with its original tags and packaging before you prepare it for dispatch.

Prepare the package
Wrap the garment in its original covering, place it in a secure box, and include your order reference inside the parcel.

Send it back
Ship the parcel to the address confirmed by our support team. Keep your tracking details until your request has been resolved.
